Renowned experts in the field of marine biology and food technology with years of experience in the farming, fishing and processing of marine fish will introduce you to the economic and nutritional significance of marine fish caught in our Adriatic sea. The programme will include visits to various partners who are engaged in marine fishing and accompanying activities, such as net sewing, farming of freshwater and seawater fishes and shellfish, as well as visits to the renovated Aquarium and Maritime museum in Piran and the Sečovlje Salina Nature Park.
